24 Hour Drop-Off Service

Life is hectic, and we know you are pressed for time.  That is why we created our convenient drop-off service.  If you don’t have time to wait in the office for a preparer, or wait while the return is prepared, we would encourage you to take advantage of our Drop-Off service.

Of course, you are welcome to simply walk in and use our Drop-Off Service too. We’d be happy to help you with the items listed above.

We guarantee that a preparer will review your paperwork and forms and contact you within 24 hours.  If we have received all necessary paperwork, a basic return is completed by that time.  If we need additional information to get you a bigger refund, we will explain what we need during our conversation with you.  Please be sure to provide phone numbers where you can be reached  to resolve any outstanding questions.

Once the return is completed, you will sign the paperwork before we can electronically file the return. This can be easily done by fax or our Secure Client Portal or you can simply drop by. With Drop-Off returns you will not need to wait if you return. Just let the receptionist know you are ready to sign your Drop-Off return.  She will put you at the front of the line to meet with the next preparer, who will get your signatures and insure we have all the required forms (e.g. W2s, 1099s, etc.).
